I have a BA in History and minors in European Studies and Classical Studies. I’ve taken several creative writing and classical literature classes, as well as studied philosophy and theology. I love writing and research and exploring symbols. I graduated Magna Cum Laude as a member in the International Honors Society in History. My life before college was spent reading and enjoying sports and friends. I was home schooled up until my freshman year of high school but never lacked for social skills or friends. I’ve played football, soccer, ice hockey, baseball, basketball, track and field (mile, 300 hurdles, 200 meter dash, shot put, discus, and high jump), and cross country. And there are way too many sentences in this first part that start with “I.”
About this Blog:
This blog is a way for me to vent, express, contemplate anything that comes to mind. My day-to-day job doesn’t really allow me to use much of what I’ve learned or studied and sometimes I feel the need to delve deeply into something philosophical, historical, or theological. So in many ways, this is a chance for me to express that side of my personality. I never seek to insult or harm others with my words, but I will always speak my mind and what I believe in. I do not seek to change minds or influence decisions, only express what I feel or think. That being said, if something I write offends you, I am sorry and please know that it is not intentional. I do hope you take some interest in what I write.
